Do you take walk-ins?
No. Every visit is by appointment, which is how a long visit stays unhurried. Book online or call the lounge.
How long does a visit take?
The Cask visit is 90 minutes. Cut and hot-towel shave is 75, cut and beard 60, and a cut alone 30 to 45. Every service shows its time on the menu.
How does the deposit work?
Visits of an hour or more take a deposit to book. It holds your time and goes toward your service, and the amount shows on the booking page.
Can you cut my hair?
Waves, coils, curls, twists and straight hair. Tell us how you wear it when you book.
How often should I come back?
Most cuts are every three to four weeks. Your barber will suggest a rhythm for your hair and your beard.
Can I book a specific barber?
Yes. Use the book link on a barber's card, or choose a barber on the booking page.
What should I bring to a first visit?
A photo of the cut you want, if you have one. The talk at the start of the visit does the rest.
What if I am late or need to cancel?
Please give 24 hours' notice to cancel or move your time. We hold your chair for 15 minutes after your time.
Can I bring friends?
Yes, up to six in all. A group visit holds the lounge for the party.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, for any amount, on the gift card page. They work on any visit.
