Our policies

Book a barber and a time on the booking page, or call the lounge. Visits of an hour or more take a deposit that holds your time and goes toward your service; the amount shows when you book. A group of up to six books the lounge for a block of time, and the groups page shows how.

We see people by appointment only, so there is no walk-in line. Book a time and your chair is held for you. Waits vary when a visit runs over; if that happens, we message you before your time.

Please give 24 hours' notice to move or cancel a visit. We hold your chair for 15 minutes after your time; after that, your barber may shorten the service or offer your time to the next client.

If you miss a visit without telling us, your deposit is kept for the time we held. After a second missed visit, we ask for a deposit on every booking, short cuts included.

Children are welcome with an adult who stays in the lounge. Every visit is booked in advance, so tell us the child's age when you book and we will set aside the time a cut needs.

Tell us within a few days and we'll make it right. Your barber would rather fix a line at the chair than have you wear it.

Tipping is welcome and never expected. It goes to the barber who cut your hair, in cash or by card at the chair.
